A behind the scenes look into how we make our resin pens.

- First we choose our colours and mix them into our resin.
- Then we pour our resin into our pen blank.
- Cut and drill our pen blank to suit the pen kit we are making (this cast was made into a slimline pen).
- Mount the pen blank onto our lathe.
- Turn the resin to the desired shape and size.
- Lots of wet and dry sanding.
- Finally we assemble the pen with its hardware.
