Blanket dumplings with chilli oil
โฑ๏ธ PREP: 5 mins | ๐ฅ COOK: 10 mins | ๐ฅ MAKES: 10
INGREDIENTS:
Extra virgin cooking oil spray
ยฝ x 400g pkt Woolworths pork & veal meatballs
10 wonton wrappers
2 tbs crispy chilli oil
1 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
1 spring onion, sliced

cup coriander, chopped
METHOD:
1๏ธโฃ Spray meatballs with oil. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until browned all over.
2๏ธโฃ Top each meatball with a wonton wrapper, tucking wrapper around the meatball to cover. Add โ
cup water to the pan. Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until water evaporates and wrappers are translucent.
3๏ธโฃ Drizzle with chilli oil and soy sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, onion and coriander. Serve.
