I know I haven’t posted in a while. I’m still struggling immensely with the closure of my own shop. But this post goes to show how very important it is to shop small. Small businesses depend on the support of the community. I get that in these tough times that it’s cheaper to shop at Kmart or places like that but you’ll never find the quality or service that a dedicated small business can provide.
It just breaks my heart how many local businesses are struggling and closing because I know from experience the pain and heartache it causes when you put your whole self into doing what you love most.

Just like many other businesses, Our beautiful store is facing an incredibly challenging time.
The current economic downturn has put us at risk of closing our doors, and we urgently need your support to keep our dream alive.
For years, I have poured blood, sweat, and tears into creating each melt or candle, crafting not just a product, but a special memory for you to cherish.
Every product we make is filled with love, designed to bring a touch of magic into your homes.
As a small business owner, the costs of maintaining a brick-and-mortar store are immense. From rent to utilities, and ensuring we have a stable, welcoming space for you to shop, the expenses add up quickly.
We’ve worked hard to provide a consistent location, so you don’t have to chase us around Sydney at markets, battling weather and uncertainty.
This store is more than just a business to us. It’s a safe space we’ve created for our neurodivergent children to spend their afternoons after school and during school holidays.
Here, they learn vital life skills by helping with stock, serving customers, and improving their social skills. Many of you have had the pleasure of being served by one or both of our darling children.
This decision is taking an immense mental toll on me. It’s haunting to have to basically beg for help from our wonderful community.
The thought of losing what we’ve built is devastating, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart, hoping you’ll stand by us in this crucial time.
We understand that this post might invite unnecessary trolls and bullying, as we've unfortunately experienced in the past.
However, the urgency of our situation leaves us no choice but to ask for your support.
