More depth is the selling point of the 8000. Yet, No better than a 6 on the small stuff as per minelabs presentation.
So is this a cash grab that could have been achieved with a software update and a new coil for the 7, or has minelab genuinely made something new?
They have form for using the same software to release new machines, equinox 6,7,8 and 900. Vanquish x 6 models, not to mention xterra and whatever else is running some version of multi IQ.
Is this true innovation or just a 7 with a bit more grunt and a bad looking coil?
Thoughts? Im on the Fence wether to buy.
