I’m so so sorry but I’ve been in so much pain over the weekend with the side of my face and wrist I’m not going to be in tomorrow, hopefully it’ll settle down and I can make it Tuesday 🤞

I’m not going to be back this week as I’m not sleeping more than a couple of hours at a time and broken sleep isn’t any good to me to focus and be able to work, I’m really hoping to get this sorted soon as I feel crap because of it.

Hi guys, well it’s just gone 3am and I’ve not slept at all. My hands have once again been very painful and stopped me sleeping, I’m hoping they’ll settle down enough so I can get in tomorrow. I’m so over this pain and not being able to work 😢

Hi guys I was hoping to get back to work this week but I’m still getting a lot of pain in my hands and arms, I appreciate your patience and understanding while I’m fighting this thing.
I’m going to to try for Monday and hope a little more rest will allow me to get back to work.
