So an end of an era 29 1/2 years in business in the same shed.
As of tonight we are no longer at this premises.
We are still open and will still be servicing the area and all our phone numbers will still work.
We look forward to to many more years of repairs for all of our great customers.
PS The shed hasn’t been this empty for a long time.

Unfortunately we are unable to take on any new work till after the new year.

To all of our customers and contacts, we’d like to wish you a merry Christmas and a happy and safe 2023. Due to the massive influx of work over the past several weeks, we are now booked through to January 10th next year. We have had no choice to close our books for the rest of the year.

It will be business as usual from Monday the 6th of September.

We sat out for the 14 days quarantine and returned negative covid tests for the second time.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused as this has put us really behind.
Looking forward to getting back to it and hope everyone is safe and well.

Due to Shepparton’s COVID-19 outbreak we have been classed as a close contact to a tier 1 site.
What this means is we have closed and all been tested returning negative Covid results.

Being a close contact to a person from a tier 1 site we will be quarantining for the remainder of the 14 days as requested to keep our family and your families safe.
Customers already booked will be individually contacted shortly.

Hello all just wanted to take the time to tell you a little bit about us and our business. I trained with my previous employer and was employed with them for around 9 years ( thanks Barry, Margaret and Julie) you were very good teachers and people. In 1995 my wife Jo and I opened our own business "Rays washing machine service" and have grown our business to what it is today. We service the Goulburn valley area and are warranty agents for most major brands. Servicing both domestic and commercial washing machines,clothes dryers,dishwashers,electric ovens, hot plates and range hoods.
