✨ Showing Up Anyway ✨

This is me—coming back after a long pause, showing up even when the imposter syndrome is loud and the fear of judgement feels almost too heavy to carry. There are moments when it’s so real it can stop you from doing the thing you love, from sharing the parts of yourself that light you up.

For me, creativity and sharing my gift with others has always been a strong value, something that grounds me and reminds me of what matters. Even through the fear, even through the doubts, I’m choosing to show up, to keep sharing my gifts, and to trust that this is exactly where I’m meant to be right now.

Here’s to doing it scared, to honouring what lights you up, and to being brave enough to step into your own spark—even when it feels hard. 💛

As I’ve taken some time for rest and reflection recently, I’ve been reminded of something important: the importance of self-care. ⁠
⁠
It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle, especially as we near the end of the first school term. But taking moments to pause and check in with ourselves is crucial, now more than ever. ⁠
⁠
In this past term, I’ve learned that honouring my own needs and listening to my body is essential for my well-being. ⁠
I’ve reflected on what worked well, what didn’t, and what changes I’d like to make moving forward, and been reminded that we’re all on our own unique journey. ⁠
What works for one person may not work for another, and that’s perfectly okay. ⁠
⁠
So, as we wrap up this school term and head into a well-deserved break, I encourage you to take the time to connect with yourself, honour your journey, and do what feels best for you. ⁠

Because when we prioritise our own well-being, we’re better equipped to show up for others. ⁠
