Introducing our newest homemade creation at Blacksmith Café & Grill — a classic Victoria Sponge. ❤️

🍰 Two layers of fluffy vanilla sponge filled with homemade berry compote, fresh strawberries and beautifully whipped vanilla cream, finished with a dusting of icing sugar and fresh berries. 🍓

✨️Simple, old-fashioned and completely homemade — just the way we like it.

✔️ And yes… the name may have been half the reason I decided we needed one in the cabinet. 😂
