My beautiful black fluffy poodle is done. This one was a special make for a special person and I hope he's bringing all the comfort and happiness to her.

He was made using the Buzz the German Shepherd pattern from Projectarian with only a little lengthening of the ears to make them more poodle-ish.

The fluffy yarn is Truffle from King Cole Yarn & Pattern Supplier and a little bit of Patons Cotton Blend from The Australian Yarn Company

And I used my trusty 3mm hook.

I've started calling this my invisible project 😂 the stitches are so hard to see, they may as well be invisible.

But all the bits are done now, it's only sewing from now on. Yay!

So today I was hoping to get the head finished but you know how it is, life happens and gets in the way of crafting.

One of my hold ups today was eyes, I have a few different sized brown eyes to choose from and they were all either too big or too small.

The ones that were the right fit were the clear eyes .. time to paint eyes. Of course then I had to wait for them to dry properly before I could put them in the head .. so now I can finally move on with this project.

On the bright side, I love the way these eyes turned out with gold highlights in them.

Today I achieved symmetry of legs, and I only had to frog one and a half legs to do it! 🎉

And today I finished the 2nd paw, so at least now I know this yarn is actually a lot easier to frog than most fluffy yarns 😆😏🙄😉

So tomorrow I hope to have 2 front paws done on the black Poodle.

Makin' a black fluffy doggo. This ain't easy but will be so soft and squishy, it will be worth it! 🖤❤️🖤

First foot done and started the second today, it could take a while 😉

I'm making him using Projectarian's Buzz the German Shepherd pattern.

The yarn is the super squishy King Cole Truffle and I'm using my 3mm hook.

This one has been on my hook for a hot minute or two! But yesterday it was finally finished.

It's going to be the cardi I take for my very first cruise next month. That's exciting, it's a crochet cruise! Truth is, the fact there's crochet involved is the only reason I signed up 😆😘

So back to the cardi, it's made using the pattern Caribbean Breeze Cardigan by MJ's Off the Hook Designs

I used Fiddlesticks Posie 4ply cotton and my 4mm hook.
