I used to think candles were for special occasions.

Now I light them on any random afternoon, just because I can.

They make the house feel warm, calm and lived-in - even when nothing exciting is happening.

January always feels a little strange.

The rush of Christmas is over, the house is quieter, and everything seems to slow right down - whether we want it to or not.

This year, I'm leaning into that slower pace. Less pressure, more calm, and homes that feel comfortable rather than perfect.

Let’s (re)introduce myself...

Hey! I’m Stacey — Chief candle maker, scent snob, and chaos coordinator at Little Wonga Collections 🕯️✨

I live in the tiny town of Rylstone, NSW (population: a whopping 900), where I juggle running my candle biz, raising three boys, and working in the legal industry.

Yep, when I’m not pouring candles or sniff-testing new fragrances, you’ll find me at a small law firm — I’m actually a licensed conveyancer, which basically means I know how to make your house smell nice and can help you legally buy one 😂

I started Little Wonga Collections as a creative escape after becoming a mum, and it’s grown into something truly special. I hand-pour everything myself using natural soy wax, and I’m currently working on a full brand glow-up: new jars, new packaging, new energy.

💛 A few fun facts about me:

✨ I’m a mum of three boys (yes, my house is loud)
✨ I have a “day job” in law
✨ I love a good movie, good food, and a great cocktail 🍸
✨ I’m obsessed with home fragrance and will 100% judge a house by how it smells 🤣
✨ I run this business solo — candles, customer service, packing, posting... all me 🙋‍♀️
