Today we had the pleasure of welcoming Lisa Martin and her groom Mary Warren into EQ Saddlery Hunter Valley to help them stock up before their big trip to Germany 🐎✈️

Lisa is a member of the Australian Equestrian Para Dressage Team and is heading to Aachen this August to compete at the FEI World Championships.

We wish you the very best of luck, Lisa! 🇦🇺 We’ll be cheering you on from the Hunter Valley and can’t wait to follow your journey.

🤎 One of the best parts about working at EQ is meeting the incredible people who walk through our doors.

We were lucky enough to have Amy Everett visit us in-store today, and after hearing about her latest achievement, there was no way we were letting her leave without a photo! 👏🐎

A huge congratulations to Amy on winning the Tom Quilty Gold Cup endurance ride, held in Queensland on 4th July. Covering an incredible 160km in just over 10 hours is an extraordinary achievement.

Congratulations, Amy! What an amazing result, we’re so proud to celebrate it with you 🏆✨

Teamwork really does make the dream work. 🤎

What a weekend.

Now that the doors are open and the excitement has settled (just a little!), we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible team behind EQ Saddlery Hunter Valley.

From an empty building to a fully stocked store, every shelf, every rug, every display and every finishing touch was made possible by a team of people who worked tirelessly behind the scenes.

To every member of the EQ family who painted, unpacked, built, merchandised, organised and jumped in wherever needed... thank you. This store is a reflection of your hard work, and we couldn't be prouder.

And to everyone who joined us for our opening weekend, thank you for making our newest store feel so welcome. We can't wait to be part of the Hunter Valley equestrian community for many years to come 🤎🐎

🤎 What. A. Weekend. 🤎

Our opening weekend has officially come to an end, and we’re still smiling.

Over the past three days we’ve given away more than $20,000 worth of prizes through our Spin & Win, and been completely blown away by the support from the Hunter Valley community.

The energy in the store all weekend was something really special. Your excitement has been infectious, and it certainly sounds like the Hunter Valley was ready for a new saddlery! 🐎✨

Thank you to everyone who came through our doors, spun the wheel, shared in the excitement and made us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to get to know you all even better.

A huge thank you also goes to our amazing suppliers for their incredibly generous prize donations, and to our wonderful EQ team who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this weekend possible. We couldn’t have done it without you. 🤎

Although the Grand Opening celebrations are over, we’re only just getting started!
