With the 9011 Carp Wide hook arriving in size 6 this week, I just had to whip up a bunch of original ginger Carp Torches to go in my personal carp box.

These hooks are absolutely boat anchors, capable of dragging anything to the bank. And they're ridiculously sharp. I busted the thread SIX times tying this one as it tapped the point slightly.

Did you know, you can also tie these on a 7015 Classic Terrestrial hook? Except then it's not a Bent Shank Stimulator. Rather, it tends to be referred to as just, well, a Stimulator.

But we like that extended shank in the front section for lots of hackle without clogging up the eye of the hook.
