A huge thank you from us to everyone who came along to the Australian Sheep & Wool Show in Bendigo over the weekend. The show was so busy!
We’ve done our annual stock take and are now working to get the online store back up as soon as possible. There will be some large gaps (your enthusiasm means we are out of a lot of things) so we will work to update stocks over the next little while. Please get in touch if there’s anything specific you would like.
Having the opportunity to meet customers and friends in real life means a lot to us as an otherwise online business. Many thanks to The Australian Sheep and Wool Show and everyone involved for making it all happen once again.

About to block my Iris hats ready for display at the Sheep Show in Bendigo!
If you love Holst Garn as much as my cat does - this is a great way to try this yarn out. I easily got 2 large hats out of the yarn required and you could probably wangle another if you were prepared to move colours around a bit.
I am planning on knitting the Iris jumper too so this will also be an excellent gauge swatch.
Holst Garn will be on our stall in the Osborne Pavilion at the The Australian Sheep and Wool Show this Friday-Sunday

At that photographing & labelling everything stage of Sheep show prep.

We’ll be taking a bunch of stock out of our online shop in the next wee while to get ourselves ready for the Australian Sheep & Wool Show in Bendigo next weekend.
The show is on from Friday 17th - Sun 19th July at the Bendigo Showgrounds.
We’ll be in our usual place in the Osborne Pavilion - the first big shed on the right as you come in the main entrance gate.
The Show opens at 9 am. We can’t wait to see you there!

Spinning oil soup.
Finally finished my by and have it soaking.
The still contains spinning oil, so this first wash looks rather moody & dramatic.

I’m eleventyseven times agog with anticipation for how this will turn out.
