I saw this style of card on a fb group I follow where you use identical images on both the card & topper. The topper is run through a die cutter before mounting to the card whilst you (try to) align the images. I used a pair of stickers that I had in my stash and, whilst it was tricky, I am pleased with the result.

I daresay a lot of Australian children grew up reading the adventures of Snugglepot & Cuddlepie - the gumnut babies from May Gibbs iconic stories.

The images in my cards are taken from free printable colouring sheets on the internet. I reduced them to fit my cards, using pencil to bring them to life.

Having seen one of my recent posts a friend requested two of the cards. They had already sold, but there was no difficulty in replicating the designs she liked. I rather like the papers previously used so I put together a selection of cards … same theme, slight variation.
