Their Charred Fremantle Octopus is slow-cooked then finished over the grill — served with Peruvian marinade, Kipfler potato, wild rocket, roasted red Piquillo coulis, chorizo, olives, capers, Guindilla, pickled fennel, and black garlic aioli. This is what happens when great produce meets great cooking 🤝🤝
