Drawing out your Dreams (Art Therapy) - III
I realised that healing can be in any form. Art, dance, poetry, theatre, and even if you do nothing but just scroll through Instagram.
Healing can be incorporated in anything!
What matters is your intent?
Do you intend to make this a healing journey or not?
Do you observe your breathing while doing something mundane? If yes, then my friend, you are healing.
All you need to do is, bring back your monkey mind from worrying or day dreaming and just put all your attention onto your breath
