I wandered into my garden this morning to pick some fresh thyme for the mushrooms my husband got me for my breakfast 😋 its been a while since I've taken the time to just have a little wander, remembering the peace it gives my nervous system.❤️ Anyway what I found also made me so happy so I ran back inside to grab my phone to take some pics to show you all what made me smile.
So apparently my husband accidentally grew this beautiful purple cauliflower 💜 it was just sitting there in all its purple glory looking absolutely magnificent like nothing else in the garden could possibly compare to its stunning beauty 😍 especially in winter when everything else in the garden appears quite colourless. Then I look over to the beauty of our bright pink daisies along the fence where i also planted tiny little foxgloves that grew from seed in my olive tree barrel, these tiny babies have flourished from all this rain into rather large plants awaiting the springtime to flower into their beautiful hopefully pink 🤞blooms. Ive also added some pics of my husbands cheeky gnome among the forget-me-nots and some late blooming strawflowers.
I hope me sharing this can bring a smile to all you wonderful people today aswell.xx

Me with my freshly hung flowers this morning! I swear the billy button above my head is not in fact that huge!! 😆 Although they arrived quite a surprising size im pretty adamant about growing my own this big this season (my husband rather is growing them for me) . The spray roses arrived in beautiful antique pink and oranges and im looking forward to seeing how they dry 😍 and then there is our statice in lovely pinks with gorgeous dots of yellow sitting in glycerine making my kitchen look pretty for a bit. 🥰🥰🌺🌸🌺🌸
