There's so much noise in the world. Emails, notifications, pop-ups, likes, follows, surveys. Ugh.

If there's one thing I can't stand, it's buying a product and then getting 600 emails from them telling me their "origin story", showing me how to use it, and asking for reviews.

It's all just too much. Delete.

So I'm not going to be sending you a review request email anymore. Reviews are really important to any small business, but I don't want to add to your already overflowing inbox.

Starting this week, I'll include a card in your parcel with a QR code you can scan if you'd like to leave a review. And to say thanks for your time, I'll automatically put you in the quarterly draw to win a free t-shirt.

Over the past two years, we have offered two different styles of t-shirts and recently surveyed a group of 200 customers to ask them which they prefer and what is most important to them.

The resounding answer was quality. We are thrilled you feel that way. Our t-shirt range has now been upgraded to give you a more premium product.

Our classic t-shirts are a cut above the norm. Made from 100% combed cotton, they are soft and smooth with a heavyweight feel. They have a regular fit, and the 220GSM fabric drapes nicely, so they don't cling. Top-level construction with side seams to reduce twisting, wide rib neckline, double-needle hems and shoulder-to-shoulder tape.
