We are so sad to let everyone know that our little plant business is now permanently closed ☹️

After being temporarily closed due to illness and the birth of our first baby over the past 11 months, we have now decided that the best thing for us is to move to Perth in WA to be with family.

We cannot say THANK YOU enough to every single person that supported our business 🙏 we met some really incredible people and enjoyed making our living creations for you all. What seemed at first like something small and a bit of fun on the side exploded into almost a full time gig, and we loved every minute of it 💚

We have been a bit quiet this year, taking a nice break and getting ready for some big life changes in our little family 💚🌿

We are getting back into it with water plants and DIY Kokedama kits available at the moment. Unfortunately we can’t offer pre-made kokedamas or workshops in the mean time (previous bookings will be honoured though).

If you need one of our leafy pieces in your life or would love a unique gift, please reach out and we will be happy to help! 💚🌿

Merry Christmas to all our String Garden family! 🎄

Some of you may have noticed we haven’t been able to do as many Christmas orders as we would have liked to this year. This is because I have been really sick in my first trimester of pregnancy! 😅

We are extremely excited to be expecting our first baby in the New Year 👶

Thank you to everyone for your understanding. We have appreciated all the support received in 2020 and are looking forward to getting back into our little plant business in the New Year (when the sickness eases 😂).

We are all done and dusted for the year! Thank you so much to everyone for their support over the last 12 months 🙏

Who would have thought that our little Gold Coast business would do so well during such a tough year for so many others, we are incredibly grateful to all our supporters and followers 💚

We will be taking a break for a while and will let everyone know when we are back up and running in the New Year.

In the mean time, we hope everyone stays safe this Christmas and enjoys welcoming in the New Year! 🌿

Thank you to everyone that has enquired about Christmas gifts with us over the last few months.

Sadly we have had to make the difficult decision to no longer make kokedamas for December and January. This is due to personal reasons.

We will still have DIY kits if you'd like to make your own unique kokedamas, and of course our usual water plants and vouchers are available.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We will do a post with water plants available in the coming week.

🌿👩‍🏫TEACHERS GIFTS UP FOR GRABS!👨🏼‍🏫🌿

We have 30 mini kokedamas available for purchase tonight, so comment quickly on the photo with a pick up date that suits you!

We have 3 pickup dates available for 10 kokedamas on each date from tomorrow until Sunday.

TO SECURE THESE KOKEDAMAS - Comment on the photo applicable to the day you’d like to pick up your kokedamas with SOLD and the quantity you would like to purchase.

We will confirm the first 10 to be sold on that photo with a reply message and then a PM with payment details. If a remittance is not received tonight the kokedamas will be released to the next person that commented on the photos (they will be informed tomorrow).

Each kokedama comes with a wooden base, care card with watering instructions, gift tag for a personal message and gift box with “Thank you for helping me grow” on the front.

P.S. if you would prefer a later pickup date than those provided or wouldn’t like it to be branded as a teacher’s gift, please send us a PM once we have confirmed you have secured a kokedama and we can arrange alternatives.

If you’re keen to snap up some of our mini kokedamas as teacher’s gifts, head to our FACEBOOK PAGE tomorrow, Wednesday 2 Dec at 7pm to secure your kokedamas 👀

We will be doing a post with the mini kokedamas available to purchase and it’ll be first to comment SOLD and the quantity you’d like to secure on each photo of the kokedama’s available.

Unfortunately we only have limited stock so you’ll need to look out on our page at 7pm sharp so you don’t miss out. If you’ve secured some, we will reply to your comment to let you know and will provide payment details by PM. All items are not 100% sold until payment is made and a remittance is received. Pickup is then available from Thursday 3 Dec at Pimpama.

Each kokedama comes with a small gift box with a “Thank you for helping me grow” sticker, care card with watering instructions and gift tag for a little note 💚
