Little Lui is definitely not little! The walk to see this giant was longer and had lots of interesting things to see, hear and explore and what made this one more special, Dad got to come today! I found the second giant, named Seba. I wanted to find the third but was sad when mum told me someone destroyed it. I feel big feelings and I thought that was very selfish of someone to do that. Mum and dad help me navigate all these emotions. I’m excited to find the fourth giant named Little Lui, but I don’t think she’s little. We will see.

Esperance. 1 coin.

So many beautiful beaches with powdery white sand. Spending a week here but we explored the town center and got my next coin. I can’t believe those little white pinwheels I see when we are driving are actually really huge. I saw some old whale bones and figured out where their blow holes are. We visited Lucky Beach but weren’t lucky enough to see any kangaroos but I was lucky enough that mum found my dingo I buried in the sand there that I thought I’d never find again 🫣.

We are on the road again and this time we are headed to Esperance. On the way we stopped at 2 painted silos and discovered there’re 7 of these beautiful works of art to be seen. These have been added to our list to see and it’s a bonus that where a few of them are located, are also locations of coins. Woohoo.

Perth Mint. Perth City. 1 coin.

Last school holidays I went with Grandma and Grandpa to the Perth Mint. I held a huge gold nugget and saw a real life giant gold coin. Mum discovered my weight in gold and rolled her eyes at her life choices, when we were home she told me I was the best thing to ever happen to her. I also got to mint my own coin for my collection and witnessed a live gold pour. Afterwards we grabbed lunch and I scored the biggest chip EVER!

On our last day I got to ride on the Busselton Jetty Train. It was a looooong Jetty. I learned about some history of the Jetty and we saw water birds and scuba divers. At the very end I was amazed to see giant whales painted on the Jetty. The train ride was super hot but it was well worth it. Poor Poppy, Uncle Asher and Aunty Bek walked, I waved at them as I went by.

Mammoth Cave, Margaret River.

Today I went adventuring through Mammoth Cave. There were so many stairs to climb and heaps of amazing things to see and learn. I got my very own torch to use and light up little areas that were dark. The air was super cool in the cave and I felt droplets fall from some stalactites.

Bussleton Visitors Center - Train

I get to go down south with Poppy, Uncle Asher, Aunty Bek and of course, Mum. I’m looking forward to collecting a bunch more coins on this little trip. First stop was at the Busselton Visitors Centre where I got to see an old train and some really old photos of people and heritage sites. I’m excited to take the railway line down the jetty this week and hopefully see some fishies.
