Don’t you ever have those days when you feel completely drained?

For me, it happens especially when spring is coming.
My skin flares up, my body feels tired, and somehow, my mind feels heavy too.

But I’ve learned something.

No one can make me feel better all the time.
Sometimes, I just have to take care of me.
