Say hi to Jaz 👋
She joined the Profresh team in November last year, bringing three years of industry experience and a genuine love for flowers with her from day one.

If you’ve placed a pack-out order recently, there’s a good chance you’ve already heard from her. Jaz is the person keeping a close eye on regional orders from the moment they come in, and if you’re ordering from Southwest WA, Broome, or anywhere outside of metro Perth, she’s the one to know.

When it comes to flower crushes, she’ll give you one answer: dahlias. Every shape and colour!

Outside of Profresh, Jaz does acrobatics and yes, she is genuinely happiest when upside down.

If you’re a regional customer and you’ve ever wished you had someone inside the showroom looking out for your order, that’s exactly what Jaz is here for. Say hi, tell her what you’re working on, and she’ll take it from there 🌸

Say hi to Alicia 🌸

There’s a big chance you crossed paths with her during the Mother’s Day rush. She’s been part of the Profresh team for around 6 months, but she’s been in the industry for 10 years, so she’s one of those people who just gets it when it’s busy and you need calm and a little bit of help (plus a giggle and a gab along the way)

And behind the scenes during Mother’s Day, Alicia had another role too: keeping the Profresh team fuelled with her delicious baked goods 🥲

Her all time flower crush is sunflowers. She loves them in all varieties, but Teddy Bear and Chocolate sunflowers have her heart. Underrated bloom she’ll back forever: daffodils. Tiny fairy cups, perfect for imagining a little nectar sip and a scone or two.

Outside of Profresh, she’s painting murals, making art, and drinking a truly impressive amount of coffee ☕️

Fun fact: Alicia is a self described craft goblin. Right now it’s jewellery making and silversmithing, but she also crochets and embroiders, usually in bed with a cup of tea and her chatty tortoise shell kitty
