Imagine arriving at your ceremony and seeing the design for the very first time. For Simone and Max, that was exactly the case. π€
During our final design meeting, Simone didnβt show me inspiration images or tell me what she wanted her ceremony to look like. Instead, she trusted me to create the entire concept from the ground up.
The moment she gave me that creative freedom, I knew I wanted to create something that felt as though it had grown from the gazebo itself rather than simply decorating it. A design that felt organic, modern and timeless while still working in harmony with the existing structure of the space.
Simone selected her colour palette, but beyond that had absolutely no idea what her ceremony design would look like on the day.
Layers of chocolate brown draping were wrapped throughout the gazebo and pooled softly below, creating a sculptural foundation for the florals to sit within, spill over and grow around. Designed in rich burgundies, dusty pinks, soft greens and touches of white, every element was intentionally placed to create movement, depth and a sense of abundance from every angle.
One of my favourite examples of what can happen when a couple trusts the creative process. π€
We provided everything from the florals, stationery, signage, styling and draping.
