All of these goodies are going in the prize pool for birthday bash THIS SUNDAY! They are raising money and awareness for mental health.
Mental health is an extremely important aspect of my life. I’ve lost too many people and have even had my own battles in the past. And to be honest probably more to come. But I now have some sort of bearing around my own mental health and have some knowledge to be able to help others.
Mental health needs to be taught in schools, in workplaces and in the communities. So people don’t have to suffer to learn how to cope. People need to know the signs, they need to have the knowledge to be self aware, they need to know how to help their loved ones and they need to know what resources are available to them.
Regional areas, such as Parkes have a higher su***de rate then other areas around the country. This shouldn’t just be seen as a statistic, as I know my local community has suffered tragically the last 10 years and the entire town has felt the impact of mental health. This is why we need to stick together as a community. Educate one another. Help each other. And support one another.

This is why we should all try to attend birthday bash THIS SUNDAY. Go down, have fun, buy some rad things and get some rad ink, look at some rad bikes and eat some god damn rad food.
