Customer Service role in Ocean Grove
Our Business
Self Storage is a growth industry in Australia and we are a growing family-owned Self Storage business with storage facilities in Torquay and Ocean Grove
Role
We are looking for a customer service / storage consultant. The ideal candidate would be available Friday and Saturday (with the option of Thursday if needed). This role is very varied, covering all aspects of the day to day operations of a Self Storage Facility.
Responsibilities
With full training provided the main responsibilities include selling, admin, customer service, processing payments and some cleaning.
We are looking for a well-groomed self-motivated individual. You will need to be responsible for opening and closing the store and working independently.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate must have sales and Customer Service experience with good computer skills preferred.
⭐️ Work 9am-5pm Friday and 9am-3pm Saturday at our Ocean Grove office
⭐️ Work within our team and work unsupervised.
⭐️ Attend to customers in-store, on the phone and online.
⭐️ Selling packing supplies.
⭐️ Complete daily administration tasks.
⭐️ Show customers through the facility.
⭐️ Ensure facility is clean and well presented at all times.
