SPOTLIGHT: JILUNGIN // this native Australian herb features in our sleepy Dream Time blend.

A leaf of Terminalia cansecans, it is a relative of the Kakadu plum and traditionally used by the Nyul Nyul people of the Kimberly region (WA) for its calming, relaxing, and sleep inducing properties. A University of Queens land study showed it contains MORE antioxidants than green tea!

With a mild, earthy taste and aroma, we combine this along with other relaxing and sleep-inducing teas and herbs including chamomile, passionflower, linden, and valerian root for the ultimate sleepy blend.
