It used to be an unwritten law that you leave other people’s stuff alone in the bush. Nothing is sacred anymore.

So as I hinted yesterday, something has landed at Finders Keepers that we are really excited about.

The reason I am so thrilled to get this product is every now and then you come across a product that is next level, leading in their field and breaking barriers.
I only like to sell and stock those brands and recently I came across this company.

I have been prospecting a very long time and I have come across many situations where I have had power issues whilst on a prospecting or camping trip.
I have always carried a generator and jerry cans of fuel as a back up to my vehicle batteries, along with solar panels etc.
It adds a heap of weight and takes up so much space.

I have been hearing from prospectors recently about BLUETTI products and have had a good look into these products and these are going to be a game changer for anyone that works, plays or lives in remote areas.

Kalgoorlie detector training day done and dusted!

We are hearing some very exciting feedback from our customers in the West Australian Goldfields! The Minelab GPZ8000 is worth the wait! This was sent to us by one of our awesome customers:

“These gold nuggets and specimens have been found in Western Australia using a GPZ8000.
I found a Nice patch in April 2026, with the GPZ7000, with a few nice bits, then a few days after I found it, I received a message from the post office telling me my GPZ8000 purchased at Finders Keepers was ready to be picked up at the closest Town ( Meekathara ).
Back on the patch, I found a beautiful specie not Even 10 minutes after I turned it on.
The 8000 paid for itself in just over a week on this patch, after going over ground I have previously worked with the 7000, and I still managed to find a few more bits.
The smallest bit found was a 0.12 grams nugget, and the biggest was a 11.7 grams nugget ( the bigger bits were found a few days earlier with the 7000 ).
I was using difficult high yield most of the time as the ground was a bit too noisy sometimes to run it in normal mode, but hopefully it will work better with the 13 or 17 inch coil in the near future.
I still have a lot to learn and will keep trying a few different settings on this patch and hopefully I will find the retirement nugget.”
