We all know that self love isn’t an easy thing to achieve. If takes dedication, understanding, nourishment, patience, love, kindness, vulnerability and boundaries. It can come easy one day and hard the next. You think you have it covered and then, hello, in walks the confusing hormones closely followed by intrusive thoughts unannounced into your mind. However the better you get at it the better you get at handling those unwanted guests.

If it is something you find hard to achieve start by giving yourself the permission to reset, unwind and reconnect with who you are. I blend my essential oil mix for the bath soaks by myself. They are chosen specifically through research, some trial and error and intuition. It is a process I thoroughly enjoy and once I find the perfect blend I know it.
Here is some insight to some of the reasons I have chosen the following three oils for our HIS range.

Cedar Wood - Can help to find peace and balance in times of stress. Amazing for those feeling anxious, lethargic and unmotivated. Aids in concentration and attentiveness.
Orange Sweet - Refreshing and uplifting bringing a sense of calm and relaxation to your bath.
Nerolina (Australian Native) - Induces calm and balanced energies promoting tranquility for the the body and mind. Improves sleep quality, de-stresses and quietens the central nervous system. A powerful anti inflammatory.
