Just a reminder that we are open tomorrow - even though it's the Show Holiday, and we're off to our Annual Cardmaking Retreat in the afternoon. Our Cardmaking class will be on at 9.30am and the shop is brimming with lots of lovely kits and goodies!

Our class ladies have had fun creating the Cards in this week's kit and classes - including a fun-fold 'Pop-up' card, a simple 'patchwork' card and a seaside themed card using a die from our friends at Colour Blast by Bee Arty :) We've used the Arden Creative Studio 'Laurel Grove' collection for our Scrapbooking kit and class this week - and it includes two single layouts*. These projects will be taught tomorrow (scrapbooking) and Friday (cardmaking) and kits can be purchased in store or online. (*Images shown were taken when I was designing the layouts

Did you know we have a Bible Journaling Group attached to our page, where we share insights and thoughts to inspire and encourage you on your journey.
Today, I took time out to listen to inspirational music and colour in - I started with water colour pencils (NB I'm not a great colourer😆), added water using a paint brush - then when it was dry added highlights with a shimmer pen ❤️

New Kit alert! Our super-talented friend Suzie has created a gorgeous set of cards using the lovely 'Coastal Memories' collection from Mintay Papers and Craft Avenue Distribution
Kit costs $40 and contains papers and embellishments, cards and envelopes as well as instructions to create 8 beautiful cards.

Just when I thought I couldn't feel any more loved..this is delivered to my door - sent from some very dear and caring customers in Victoria.
Honestly, every kind words, encouraging comment, handmade card, prayer, home baked treat and each purchase from our store, has not gone unnoticed.
You have all been such a wonderful reminder to Mark Shipton and I, of why I do what I do and how important it is for me to get back on my feet without crutches or pain...and with the help of my Heavenly Father, my ever patient and awesome Hubby, our fabulous Healthcare system and my excellent team at Daisy Chain Scrapbooks, I believe this is possible 😊
