the eggs then lay down and grow then they get capped with wax then hatch out.
Note there are some cells with more than one egg in them this is from either a new queen less than 14 day old or an old tired queen that needs replacing. wait 8 days then look again if there is only one egg in cell then leave her if not replace her.

If you can not find the queen hold the comb the right way to the sun and you should see 1 white egg standing up. That means the queen was there in under 3 days???
