Tingo closed its doors for the last time at 9am this morning 😢 so I just wanted to say….
Dear Sarah,
Congratulations mate, on 11 (I think?) incredible years of Tingo magic ‘round the back’ in Mount Martha!! 🎉
What you built at Tingo was never just a business or a shop, it was a place for friends and locals to connect, to catchup, to gasbag, download, have laugh and sometimes a cry, but most importantly you created a place which felt like home to us all.
Through the golden years of consistently good trade to the s**t COVID years and beyond, you have ridden the retail roller coaster and held it all together with your awesome sense of humour, your fierce determination, your grit, hussle, dedication and strength - all qualities we’ve witnessed, admired and been so inspired by, over the years.
Thank you for everything you poured into Tingo, it was a big part of the heart and soul of the Mt Martha community and will be missed by us all - family, friends, past employees, customers, local business owners and everyone else in the community who has been lucky enough to be a part of what you created ❤️
Here’s to the past and a big cheers to your very bright future my friend! 🤩
