Yep - Croissant D'Or Bakery have delivered us 12x Cruffins (Croissant Muffins) and we’ve filled them with a Pistachio Pastry Cream and topped with Roasted & Blitzed Pistachios.

Open today until 5pm and then re-open at 7pm-9pm

A word to the Maître d 👉🏽 Lonsdale Hotel

I don’t get a lot of opportunities to sit and relax - my mind is usually running at high speed with elements of my next creation.

Over the past month or so I’ve been ‘taking myself out’…. and I have an appreciation for good food.

I can tell you right now - these chefs not only know what they’re doing, they’re probably the benchmark of quality ‘pub style’ dishes in the southern region.

Staff are polite and prompt - and your new menu is one I look forward to exploring more of.
