Massive sale on DIY Tray kits with canopies
These kits are designed from laser cut components with a tolerance of 0.5mm with various tabs and slots to ensure easy assembly. Using a combination of both steel and aluminium parts to maintain a strong and yet light weight tray.
The kit includes:
* One of our 1000l Canopies and rear spoiler (both powder coated black)
* Double tapered under tray boxes, available in 790l, 840l and 890l
* Aluminium tapered guards, available to suit 33’s or 35’s
* 1 piece 100x50 laser cut headboard to suit our range of canopies
* Laser cut sides with cut outs for supports
* Laser cut supports front and back to set width
* 1 piece SHS tail panel
* Tail light panel laser cut to suit 355 series tail lights and Stedi reverse lights (lights not included)
* Laser cut 3mm headboard infill panel
* Laser cut RHS end caps
* Laser cut box mounts and guard mounts with elongated slots for wider offset wheels
* Laser cut 8mm plate tray mounts
* Length of 70x40 channel for chassis mounts
* Canopy mounts
**Note trays are designed to suit a 3mm aluminium checker plate flooring, which will need to be purchased separately.**
