little behind the scenes update 👀
Over the last little while we’ve been rebuilding our operating systems from the ground up after realising our old setup just wasn’t keeping up anymore 😅
When you’re tracking 7,000+ Pokémon singles alone (plus multiple other TCGs, sealed products, accessories etc) things can get messy FAST — especially in a market where prices and stock move constantly. In other words our POS system has been progressively getting suckier. Bye Felicia.
So let’s make it betterer.
We heard the concerns surrounding stock accuracy, order confirmations and shipping notifications and have been working hard in the background to fix it properly rather than patching problems temporarily.
And honestly… this new system is INSANE 🤯
Faster processing.
Better stock accuracy.
Less room for error.
Way smoother workflows.
It’s already blowing our minds how much more efficient things are becoming every single day.
Online ordering is still operating as normal 💛

Still ironing out a few live-system kinks as we go (because that’s how these things work 😅) but trust us… this upgrade is opening the door for some VERY fun things coming soon.
