I don’t know about you, but 2025 was HECTIC! By the end of the year we were constantly in flight mode, always ‘on’ and burned out.
The break helped… but tbh it wasn’t long enough. So instead of pushing ourselves back into work, we’ve been easing our way back with small rituals.
Morning walks. Journalling. Diffusing in the office. Rolling through overwhelm. Misting for a reset.
It’s not a re-invention this year, rather a re-discovery of who we are and re-focusing on what’s important.
If January has asked too much of you already — we feel you.
Sometimes you just have to slow down, listen to your body and as the great Johnny Farnham says - take the pressure down.
