We believe running comes down to three things: people, place and purpose.

The friends and communities that show up for us. The trails, coastlines and city streets that become part of our story. And the personal reasons that keep us moving forward through repetition, consistency and the willingness to keep showing up.

One week on from , we’ve reflected on plenty of highs, celebrations and unforgettable moments from an iconic weekend in the Aussie trail calendar.

Though for some for some it’s not all sunshine and rainbows and maybe the day doesn’t go entirely as planned?

We felt it would be remiss to not champion those dealing with the aftermath of a not so perfect day.

A taboo topic in our sport that many choose to ignore or not speak about..

Hats off to these legends .hand08 , for the positivity, maturity and professionalism it takes to be vulnerable on the back of that bitter to swallow DNF pill.
