Have you heard of this amazing herb with its daisy like flowers and has a traditional remedy for headaches, migraines and inflammation.

Introducing FEVERFEW

Consumed regularly, feverfew leaves can help prevent migraines rather than simply relieve them. Its anti-inflammatory properties also make it useful for easing arthritis, menstrual pain and minor skin irritations.

Not all insects are bad....

We found a nest of Braconidea Wasp eggs in the bottom of some cabbage stems and these are one of the good guys that help control Cabbage Moth caterpillars.

Braconid wasps are tiny, beneficial insects that act as natural pest control in cabbage patches. Female wasps lay eggs inside cabbage worms and loopers. The hatched larvae eat the pests from the inside out, saving your cabbage plants from heavy caterpillar damage.
What They Do to Cabbage Pests
• Target Pests: They attack imported cabbageworms, cabbage loopers, and diamondback moth larvae.
• The Process: Wasps inject eggs into the living caterpillar. The growing wasp larvae feed internally.
• Visible Signs: You may spot caterpillars covered in small, white or yellowish, rice-like silken cocoons.
How to Manage Them
• Do Not Kill: Leave parasitized caterpillars alone in the garden. The emerging wasps will find and destroy more destructive pests.
• Attract More: Plant small-flowered nectar plants nearby, like sweet alyssum, dill, parsley, or yarrow, to feed adult wasps.
