Second Time Around Second Time Around is a community-driven second-hand store operated by Sunraysia Mallee Ethnic Communities Council Inc. (SMECC).

Our mission is to create a thriving, inclusive, community-driven retail environment that provides quality clothing and essential goods at affordable prices, empowering volunteers, and supports local communities. We collect and resell quality donations of clothing, shoes, accessories, books, and homewares to make sustainable, affordable shopping accessible to everyone. All proceeds are reinvested t
