"Excellent service and workmanship! Needed help with my victa mower, would start but not run - tried all the Google recommendations including replacing the carburettor with no success. I am familiar with mechanical equipment but this case had me beat. I needed to find an honest and experienced professional - found western suburbs mowers on a google search read all the reviews, decided to give them a visit. First lesson - don’t judge a book by its cover- the shop isn’t one of those shiny sales showrooms - it’s a representation of 30 plus years servicing customers needs. Each part and individual equipment has a story and a status. Second lesson - the family businesses led by honest hands on owners who are passionate about their customers satisfaction and deliver excellent service, still exist. George listened to my case, took on the challenge kept me informed by calling me and asked for instructions on options provided - result, not only did I get a fully working mower, George took the time to treat respray the unit (metal base had surface rust in the usual places), service all suspect components (as well sourcing a near new catcher to replace my broken unit). I received a full and detailed explanation of the works, It was delivered with a smile and level of pride in workmanship reminiscent of the old days and a price that was more than reasonable. Highly recommended.
