Eek how gorgeous is this Grace Tote that Aitor has embellished!

He used one of his panels and added it to our Grace tote, we are pictured together with Aitor holding another kit he is embellishing as well, it’s our Bookcover/Project cover kit.

I can’t wait to see it finished!

And I’m excited to share that Aitor will be in Australia in September.
He is teaching at Sunday Studio but is hoping to come to Craft & Quilt in Melbourne on day one to say hello!!

Fingers crossed he brings these with him 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Going through my pics, I found a bunch of them that I took on a super quick run around look at the quilts at Quilt Canada!

I was lucky on the quick look to meet Esperanza the maker of this stunning quilt!!

It truly is a remarkable piece of work.

Plus a few other winners as well, one I really enjoyed looking at was the kaleidoscope one, it had lots of fluorescent highlights, which I suspect were WonderFil’s Fabulux thread!

And some award winning quilts by Sue Sherman.

They were all stunning!!

Our last make and take at Quilt Canada and again it was a pleasure to instruct these ladies with hints and tips as they started their glasses case.

Day 1 at Quilt Canada!

I managed to get pics near the end of the day of our booth set up!

I did some demos today using our stencils that will be available very soon.
I’m sharing booth space with Aitor Saraiba he will be in Australia soon! So look out for his teaching dates!

Hello from Winnipeg, Canada!

I got to have a little wander around today, which was great. I did a lot of walking to make up for the 24hours hours of sitting I did to get here 😂😂

A little tour downtown to The Forks, which had loads of fun shops in it as well as the Johnson terminal. The whole basement was full of vintage fun.

I did go to another vintage store, this one was called The Old House Antique Mall. 4 levels of gorgeous treasures and an awesome staircase, definitely made from reclaimed wood.

Now to bed, as we have a really early start tomorrow for set up!!

The fun begins again!

This time I’m Canada bound for Quilt Canada in Winnipeg.
Starts later this week, then I’m heading to Virginia for Road 2 Virginia before going to New Orleans for Bernina University!!

Yes, another busy trip but I’m so looking forward to making new friends and catching up with old ones!!
