Things that I put in the cakes:

nappies (Huggies, Baby Love, Snugglers, Pampers or any other brand you like),

Toys : Plush toy, rattle, teether,

pacifier holder, pacifier (dummy),

brush, comb,

book,

album, photo frame,

socks (made into a flower, lolly pop)

face washer (lolly pop, lolly, cup cake, Ice Cream Sundae with spoon and container),

items of clothing, (singlets, body suits, pj's)

baby powder, shampoo, soap,

nappy sacks,

bottle,

blanket, baby wrap, towel.

I can also include a gift for the mother, father and older sibling (normally a cake stand or plate, wine, books and sweets)

It is all put together and decorated with ribbons, paper, flowers.
