Free From Hampers developed from desperately googling for a hamper to send to a friend who had just been medically advised to follow a diet 'free from' certain foods. We are currently offering small gift hampers catering to paleo, low-allergen or gluten-free treats. Also larger hampers catering to the same diets, featuring cooking ingredients and items that can help people starting out on a new re
gime or needing to cater for those visitors who can never eat what the rest of you can! Our hampers do not include fresh fruit or vegetable products. We happily post our hampers across Australia and if you have a question about posting overseas, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to help out. Make sure you follow the Free From Hampers page, we will be offering a larger menu of 'free from' hampers in the near future, for dietary requirements such as 'high fibre/Low GI' and raw food. If you have suggestions, please tell us! We can discuss putting something together for you personally and it may even end up on the permanent stocklist!
