WE ARE TAKING A BREAK! 🌿🧘♀️
I’m stepping away from social media and putting both my business LilyTayler Designs and The Goddess Gathering FB Group on holiday mode for the next few months. It's been a whirlwind 2 years since leaving our home of 20 years on the Gold Coast, moving back to Melbourne, and while it has been the right decision for us to be closer to our family again, the grieving process for me has been long and lonely. Mark and I have a very challenging situation at hand at the moment (we are both ok) and I need to take care of my mental health first, with time to reset, recharge, and refocus.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported us – your kindness, purchases, and love for handmade means the world. I look forward to coming out the other side, feeling refreshed and ready to create again, to also then be free to move forward on our next exciting adventure and long time dream together! 🏖🏠

A niche Pop-Up-Shop (indoor and/or outdoor) Market style of exclusively selected local (handmade) business creatives on the Gold Coast, who all share the same vision, passion, support and positive vibe. Our theme is all about Local, HANDMADE, small business support, empowerment, wellness and collaboration.
We are a collective who love to join forces with other like minded venue’s and really cool atmosphere’s. We help shop front business operators gain exposure, bring new customers and clients, with a little bit of help from all of our handmade creatives, who each have their own passionate followers and customers.
We selectively choose our vendors and venues (the host) to ensure the most amazing shopping experience for customers, a successful outcome is achieved for both our host and vendors, all within surroundings of positive supportive energy, collaboration, fun and a whole lot of love.
Pop-Up Markets usually run every 3-4 months, on a Saturday, and depending on the venue would generally be in the morning for around 4-5 hours. Only one of each product type is allowed at each event, with a combined collective of wares including Candles, Home wares, Jewellery (that’d be me!) Ceramics, Plants, All-Natural Bath and Body Products, Macrame, Photography, Flowers, Active Wear, Kids Clothing, Event Picnic Pop-Up’s and a whole lot more, catering for just about everyone!
We encourage our shopfront traders and venues to use this day for your own business to gain more exposure by promoting the Market on your own social media pages, with the opportunity to put your own marketing spin on for the day, with offers, specials, a giveaway or anything else that may attract more interest and attendance for you and our vendors.
It’s up to you, and we are more than happy to help you with any ideas, especially things that have worked really well with our previous hosts.
Giveaways are usually provided to our customers both in the lead up and on the day of the Market, often with a Collective Product Giveaway from the Makers and something from the host and surrounding businesses on the day for our customers, all of which are promoted for free across social media from businesses that are part of the collaboration.

For vendors to be considered your biz MUST be Handmade (by you!) You must be active on Instagram and Face Book, and be prepared to post and promote yourself, your fellow vendors and the event 2-4 weeks prior to the market. Oh and you will need to buy me coffee (only joking.. not really!) and then it comes down to you and your business to prepare for more customers, more exposure, collaboration opportunities with our collective, and of course more sales!
Vendor spaces range (depending on the venue size) and you can usually request and apply for a single size folding table, 2 tables, racks or a 3 x 3 marquee (for outside spaces) If there is enough room you can also bring other displays and stands. Vendors must supply their own tables and marquees, and you are free to use your own creativity in terms of how you set and and display your products. We do ask that you use eco-friendly, organic or recycled displays and bags where you can.
