Hi Friends,

It's been awhile between chats - I had to relearn how to post images!

The post above pretty much sums it up - after closing Abilene and diving back into study, it feels like I've finally surfaced again 😌.

Reflecting on Abilene's journey, I'm grateful for the experience - it was truly special.

However, I've got some stock to clear (and my husband needs his space back 😆)!

So, we're reactivating the store until further notice with a goal to clear everything at super cheap prices, plus an extra 20% off already reduced prices. Just use 'Further20' and we'll ship ASAP 👏🏻.

I feel like I’ve said “thank you” so many times, but truly, I am deeply grateful. This has been such a beautiful season of my life, and every single person who has supported us has been part of that journey.

I have written a little more on our Journal for those who are interested in ‘how’ and ‘why’ we came to the decision to close Abilene.

This Saturday will be our last day of trading online and there is still a few things available if you are interested.

But, for now, from the bottom on my heart thank you ❤️

It is with mostly gratitude (and maybe a few tears) that I’m letting you know I will be closing our online store.

Running a business is no small feat, and now that I have done it myself, I have gained a deeper respect for those who continue to press forward.

As my children grow older, I find my seasons changing and am gravitating toward other interests that I want to invest more time in pursuing.

With the deepest gratitude, I want to thank you—my friends, family, and community—for coming alongside me and supporting me in this endeavor. Without you, I wouldn’t have made it this far!

Depending on the sale of our remaining stock, we might pop up at a market here and there, as that is a space that has deeply resonated with us as a family.

For now, all our stock is priced as marked (nothing over $70).

A Very Merry Christmas to you 🫶🏼🎄❤️

Thank you for the never-ending support in 2023! The start of the year brought a significant shift in moving away from our mats and focusing more on our hats and bags. It’s also been a year where, behind the scenes, we’ve been able to simplify, clarify and work out why we exist, and in 2024, we can’t wait to share that with you.

But for now, we are taking a break, slowing down and enjoying the time with family and friends, and we hope you can too! 🫶🏼

It dawned on me the other day that being able to use a mat indoors and outdoors is actually just so helpful! Especially when you have little ones and everything gets dirty 🤪

And as much as I love our mats we are excited to introduce the new era of just bags and hats to Abilene so keep your eyes out as we will be having a further clearance in the coming days and you won’t want to miss it - it will be the biggest sale we’ve ever done 💛
