Warm compress
1 drop each:
Clary Sage
Frankincense
Australian Sandalwood
In a small bowl of warm water, add oils, agitate water & soak a facecloth in the bowl. Ring out slightly, until damp and press to face, neck -front & back, décolletage or other dry skin areas such as forearms, elbows and knees.
Repeat until bowl has emptied or water has cooled. 🧪 💫

Let’s make a Hair Growth Shampoo 🌿

Here’s what you need
Neutral Shampoo Base - 41ml
Distilled Water - 27ml
Aloe Vera Liquid Gel - 10ml
Sweet Almond Oil - 20ml
Vitamin E Oil - 1ml
Cedarwood Essential Oil - 0.5ml
Rosemary Standard Oil - 0.5ml

Here’s the method
Combine the Distilled Water and Aloe Vera Liquid Gel and stir until evenly combined.
Combine all oils and stir well.
Add the water phase to the Neutral Shampoo Base and stir until combined.
Add the oil phase to the base mixture and stir until combined.
Check the pH of the formulation. If it’s not between 4 - 5.5, adjust accordingly.
