Real Talk 🧿
The past six weeks have been some of the hardest we’ve faced.
We were dealing with a family member being unwell, and then having to say goodbye. It’s been an emotional, exhausting time behind the scenes, the kind that changes you.
This is also the second time we’ve had to grieve while still showing up. It’s something not everyone sees or realises about small business ownership. The way life doesn’t pause, even when your world feels like it has.
At the same time, whilst navigating one of our busiest months yet - there was no one to step in and take over. Stopping wasn’t an option, we didn’t want to let anyone down, our customers, our commitments, or the people who rely on us so we kept going, even when it felt incredibly heavy.
If things have seemed a little quieter, slower, or not quite our usual pace, this is why. We’ve been doing our best to show up while carrying a lot personally.
Thank you for your patience this Easter period, your understanding, and your support and it has meant more than you probably realise.
We’re still here, still going, and slowly finding our way forward again 🤍
