Today is the last day in our Flinders Street Store, marking 6 months of trade at the Station alongside the Rone TIME exhibition.

We would like to take this opportunity to extend our appreciation to all who contributed to bringing our vision for into reality.

Thank you for embracing our store concept, and supporting the Melbourne Artists community.

To the endlessly talented ‘Build Crew’. You made one damn fine retail space, and were a great support crew.

To our incredible Artists and Makers, whose unwavering support and enthusiasm brought our store to life. Thank you for the creativity and colour you bring to our City streets, and thank you for sharing your talents.

To our Store Manager James Mission and the Retail team, It’s your dedication that contributed to our success. Thank you for inspiring us, with your positivity and boundless energy.

Born in 1987, Melissa Grisancich () grew up in a small country beach town called Mt.Martha in Victoria. Now based in Melbourne, she currently lives and works as a multi-disciplinary artist. Her main focus is painting and its application into sculpture, repurposing vintage objects and forms of craft and tapestry. Melissa is known for her bright and bold style that reflects her influence of the 60's and 70’S record covers, renaissance and romanticism, surrealism, vintage posters, ephemea, vintage comics and cartoons. Melissa has shown her works throughout Australia, Europe, Japan and the USA.

is an Australian painter whose works focus on suburban life. His style developed through his prolific international output on the streets, and he incorporates contemporary techniques such as spray paint and airbrush. Gerrard’s works compress space through bold flattened colour schemes, employing a signature black outline which frames his graphical forms. Observation is key to Gerrard’s practice; the architectural elements and domestic objects are taken directly from his environment, both at home and through travel.

A founding member of the Safehouse Studio and currently working from the renowned Everfresh Studio, Ling ( ) is a Melbourne based Graffiti / Street artist that has been adding colour to his surrounding environment since 2000.

Known for producing large-scale murals, Ling looks to combine the aesthetics of traditional graffiti with that of his childhood. With his formative years being through the late 80’s and early 90’s Ling often borrows imagery, colour schemes and subject matter synonymous with Pop culture from the era.

In addition to this Ling has continued to develop his studio practice, combining techniques developed on the street with those of traditional fine art. The outcome being finished pieces with bold colours and heavy textures that give a nod to his graffiti pedigree whilst showing patience and consideration in application.

Nate Gamble is an ex tattoo artist now turned professional furniture maker.

began as his way to reuse offcuts of wood destined for landfill. Out of these scraps of recycled timber, Nate crafts indoor planter pots and chopping boards, each a unique work of art. The process involves cleaning up the timber, dressing it and gluing it together to make small batch beautiful objects, with contrasting patterns and symmetry created by the natural grains of the wood.

Nate completed an apprenticeship of cabinet making and furniture making with and was named Australian apprentice of the year in 2021. He is influenced by minimalist good design and functionality. Each Kova creation is unique and made to last. Using recycled material gives a distinctive character and pattern to each item, making no two pieces the same!

is a small jewellery label based on the Mornington Peninsula. Owned and run by Emily Dornbusch , Emeldo was established in 2011. Over the years the brand has evolved, introducing new designs and products into the offering, with their first studio retail space opening later this year. Emeldo statements earrings are designed and made locally in their coastal studio by Emily or one of her two gorgeous girls who create for the brand.
