Let me introduce you to my fur baby, Mingy. He will be 18 in November and back in the day when I wondered if I would settle down and become a mum, he grounded me and kept me sane. He was the absolute best when the kids were babies. To the point where when Ryne, my oldest, as 2 yrs old, he would let him drag him around by the tail!!! Not once did he scratch or bite him. Just meowed at me to get him to stop 😻 Such the best cat to have with kids. He is getting much older now and stays close to home. I get into heaps of trouble if I don’t sit down on the couch of an evening. I wish fur babies lasted forever 🐈‍⬛

I just discovered the easiest healthiest carb that takes no time to prepare and lasts up to a week in the fridge!!!

QUINOA
It’s cooked in minutes and is very versatile. A few pictures of what I have been using it with. Let me know if you would like to know more.

This is my go-to when I have little time and need a healthy dinner on the table ASAP that my whole family will wolf down.
This is great to prep and put in the fridge, then stick it in the microwave when you get home. I use this for when we have swimming lessons at 5:30pm on a weekday and have hungry kids to feed afterwards!
I use the Tupperware Micro Pressure Cooker for this, but you can use any pressure cooker for this.

Three ways I use Micro Pitcher -

🥦 To steam vegetables. So quick and come out perfectly.

💦 To wash those veggies before I cook them! The lid fits so well that it drains all the excess water very efficiently.

🥣 To mix ingredients that I am going to microwave. The base is etched so no scratching. The KP be**er works so well for this.
