Staple type 2x2 flips

To join our range of storage solutions we welcome our staple type 2x2 flips.

They are made from cardboard material with a cast polypropylene film for safe long term storage.

We have 3 sizes available;

33.0mm - suitable for 50c and 20c coins.

26.5mm - suitable for $1 and 10c coins.

23.0mm - suitable for $2 and 5c coins.

Packs of 50 flips are just $7.50, plus postage.

*Note, we do combine postage for multiple items.

Coin toning generally occurs naturally over time. It is due to the oxygen or sulfur reacting on the coin's metal. It is purely based on the environment in which the coin is. However, the toning process can be accelerated by the heat, moisture, and a variety of other chemicals in the environment.

What is Mylar you ask?

Mylar or BoPET ( Biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate) is a polyester film made from stretched polyethylene terephthalate (PET).

We use Mylar bags for many reasons; to create an environment for coin preservation.

* Low moisture absorption
* Good thermal stability over a wide temperature range
