Naming this mix was probably the easiest decision ever! This was a custom blend, but I like him so much he’s staying.

Your friendly reminder to check auto injector expiry dates!

Mine admittedly were a little overdue but still clear.

My new pens have 14 months expiry on them, which isn’t the best but definitely not the worst.

🥳 BUSINESS BIRTHDAY GIVEAWAY!!🥳

Bake with Carli has just turned one, the main account behind SprinkleyDinks! What a year it’s been!

Now I know a few of you have been around for longer under my previous business name, but it’s only one year of BwC.

In the past year I’ve held 48 public classes, and 15 private or collaboration classes. That’s more than one a week, and through a pandemic no less! I’ve sold heaps of online classes, recipes, kits and sprinkles and am now launching into cake coaching for those starting their own businesses.

I can’t thank you enough for your support, I wouldn’t be able to do this without you! BwC started after a redundancy. Pretty reluctantly at first. I wasn’t sure I was ready to take my business fulltime. But you guys proved otherwise.

Hello! Thought I’d pop in and say hiii!

I’m Carli, I’m a baker and I have a nut allergy. I know how hard it can be to get allergy products, let alone ones that look ok and you’re happy to put on cakes.

So I’ve created these allergy mixes to fill a gap in Australia for quality, affordable, pretty allergy sprinkles, that don’t look like allergy mixes.

All are gluten, dairy, egg and nut free as standard. Many are vegan. Some are soy free. A handful are halal/kosher also.
